Two piece edge clip and cable tie assemblies

The cable tie and edge clip assemblies are designed specifically to route bundles by securing them to the edge of a plastic or metal sheet
without the need for a mounting hole. The clip is easy to secure and the extraction force is high due to the integrated metal clamp that holds the edge clip in place. This cable tie and edge clip assembly is ideal for use where holes are not acceptable or where adhesives will fail due to temperature problems. Edge clips are widely used for fixing and bundling cables and wires within automotive, trucking, heavy equipment, solar panel, wind power, and white goods equipment manufacturing. Application Method Cable tie and edge clip assemblies are primarily applied around a bundle by hand and tensioned using one of HellermannTyton’s manual or pneumatic hand tools. The bundle is then secured to the mounting surface by inserting the clip onto the appropriate edge.
